I think I've linked to it before, but you really should spend 5 minutes at McSweeneys every day (there's new writing on the front page every day) It can be a bit American oriented, but it's a constant source of really great funny writing. Have a look at the (all regularly updated) Lists, Open Letters to People or Entities Who Are Unlikely to Respond, or the journals of Traig and Mcgrath, Shut-in Detectives (start from Case 1). Loads more to explore.
